Breaking News: ACT Slightly changed some details of the Guideline

If you travelled overseas for up to three months in any year, you will meet the continuous ACT resident criteria. However, any time spent overseas cannot be counted towards your claimed period of ACT residence e.g. if you spent nine months in total overseas, you cannot submit the 190 Matrix until five years and nine months after date of first arrival in Canberra.
